Refund policy
At MONZTR, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and offer a free exchange policy under the conditions below.
Local Orders (Malaysia) – 7 Days Free Exchange
- You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
International Orders – 14 Days Free Exchange
- For international customers, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receipt.
- Please note: return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- MONZTR will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.
How to Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at admin@monztr.com within the exchange period to request an exchange.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to the return address provided in our instructions.
- Once approved, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item.
⚠️ Important: Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Send details (and photos if applicable) to admin@monztr.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
Notes
- MONZTR reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the returned items do not meet our conditions.
- Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for the condition of items during return shipping.
