Refund policy

At MONZTR, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and offer a free exchange policy under the conditions below.


Local Orders (Malaysia) – 7 Days Free Exchange

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

International Orders – 14 Days Free Exchange

  • For international customers, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receipt.
  • Please note: return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • MONZTR will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.

How to Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team at admin@monztr.com within the exchange period to request an exchange.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item back to the return address provided in our instructions.
  4. Once approved, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.


Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Send details (and photos if applicable) to admin@monztr.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards

Notes

  • MONZTR reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the returned items do not meet our conditions.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for the condition of items during return shipping.
